Hello. Its been months with struggling with my account.. I dont get notice about payments. Until the time where they want to cut my service.. My number where used by three other people.. And still I get message about them where they need to pay bills.. Everyday I receive -+ 6 messages.. Its becomming a real irritation where I also receive calls [URL Removed] asking me me money for the people... My data on my phone goes of when I dont even use it.. I cant make calls when there is enough airtime on my.phone the woman will tell me i dont have enough fonds to make calls. My internet service struggles to work when there is data it does not pick anything up. I use -+ R120 a day for data when I still get data from my deal at mtn it hardly last more than a hour.. I have contacted the head office about my billing and they said they will sort it out.... And still it isnt sorted out and its now 4 months.. I dont want to be with this service anymore.. I am.paying at the end of the month more than what they told me I will be paying.. Thank you
