808 full of ******

I had a couple of accounts with MTN. My contracts came to an end so I phoned the 808 number just to be told I had taken out another contract. Which is not true. So someone at MTN knew my contract was up and **********ly renewed the contract under my name. Plus I phoned the 808 number canceling all my contract due to this which they never did. Now I want the recordings of all my calls to the 808 number and they cannot supply it to me. Neither can they supply the new contract that was signed to upgrade my account. I think the 808 number is full with ******. If you ever phone them get a reference number. Now they have handed me over cause of their mistakes. bunch of ******.
