808-CustomerCare???
I am utterly frustrated with MTN and their call centre. Forget about calling their 808 number because they are not interested in talking to their customers. Only taking the money. That they are good at. When you decide to eventually speak to your customers, just know you are well on your way to losing 100s of clients. Why? Because the 808 number keeps dropping calls when you call in. And this is all the time. Regret renewing my contract with you guys recently.
