8 working hour seems more and more like 8 working days

<p>MTN is really the worst when it comes to answering emails. They have this auto reply that says they will get back to you within 8 working hours but that 8 working hour is staring to look more and more like 8 working days. </p> <p> </p> <p>All I ever wanted from them was my statement since I never recieve statements from them and now my account as been forwaded to their legal depart ment. I have emailed this so colled department numerous time only to get an email which states that they will get back to me within 8 working hours. Can something be done about this as soon as possile. </p> <p> </p>
