8 Days and still waiting for a phone!
On Sunday, 7th March I submitted an application for my son to move from his current supplier to join the MTN team. I had very helpful and friendly service Glen Branch and was told that within 2 days I would receive a sms to come and collect the phone, should it be approved. On Wednesday I went back to the branch to find out the delay only to be told that they had system errors and I would receive the sms soon. On Friday night, same story, no phone. It is now Monday, 14th March - 8 days later and I still have no feedback and no phone. You clearly do not want any new business. Please feel free to take your time and cancel this contract. I will now be going back to Cell C as they definitely want my business.
