8 Days ago my MTN LTE router stopped working for no reason and we haven't had internet access on it since then. Over the last 8 days I have spoken to 17 different people at 3 different call centres and been to 2 branches and call customer service centers and received 6 different possible reasons for the problem and not one of those technologically challenged clowns can pinpoint the problem. They are so thick that they would fit right into working for the anc government. They've even got me to do a sim swap and even that didn't work....what will it take for our internet to get back to working? I am so upset and angry at these idiots I feel like I have exhausted every avenue and now I'm stuck without internet and a bunch of fantastically dumb *****s at mtn that have no clue..... MTN truly is a pathetic organization. Bunch of ******** assholes.....
