7th post about this issue, still no delivery.

This is my 7th post and going on 4 weeks now. I bought a phone on your online store , a prepaid phone and paid with my credit card . Up to today not a single person has contacted me about delivery . This is unacceptable . I called your call centres numerous times and no can help me. I contacted DSV and they said that my device has not been handed to them for delivery yet.

I have sent 4 emaisl to online store with ticket id's ********** 7, ********** 3, ********** 5, ********** 0. Not a single reply from one of them.

Its been 25 working days now and still no phone delivery and I ALREADY PAID!

I will never ever buy a phone from mtn again!

please contact me as i would like to get this sorted.

I got replies to my hello peter posts from Kabelo Brett Mosimanyane , Alice van der Merwe ( this person send sme a rtt tracking site and i was informed that dsv is now the courier for mtn so clearly this person has no clue ) also got a reply from a manager Willem Jnr Loots who siad that the online store team will provice me with feed back and i have heard nothing back.

This is a complete joke as clearly no one knows what is going on with deliveries of devices already paid for on the online store.
