7gigs of data for an email and pdf document.

I received a call from MTN Monday to have a package plan of one of sims to be changed. I was told the monthly payment will be lowered and the data will remain the same but the packaged moved. After the call I forgot I needed to send an approve message to have my account debited and went on my days work. Minutes later I received an email with the updated details but with that a whole 7 gigs of my data was also taken from my account. When I enquired this with mtn yesterday I was told they can't see but sent me a data usage of 345mb today I received a response on the below message that a call email and pdf document that was emailed to me used up 7gigs of data. I don't know if this is a money making scheme or whether MTN is trying to test my patience. I've been a client for over a decade and any idiot knows an email with a document attached doesn't even take more than 20mb. When I responded to the below the agent simply ignored me and never responded. I would like to know what happened to my data and I want it reimbursed. Y'ello Keshia,
