754 days so far trying to get MTN to respond

If your thinking of joining MTN beware! I could not give MTN a zero star rating otherwise I would have. It hurts to give them a 1 star. MTN have evaded our query for 754 days now, MTN stonewalls us at every turn & has harassed us with at least 3 debt collectors for 2 years. 20 plus phone explanations (we eventually gave up) 3 e-mails letters to MTN legal dept gets reference numbers only, no action. All 3 letters registered to MTN head office Randburg without response. They don't care, they are so fixated on ******ing money why would they want to admit its not due? If your thinking of joining MTN - Think again.
