I had a contract with mtn for 24 Month I paid the first year without problem the problem started when I pay 4000 upfront for the other year after paying 4000 they said they gonna start deducting from mtn acc they paid only 3 months only they started debiting my acc and cancelling my services the last year it difficult cause I kept on calling them about the poor service and the last payment that I paid it was 200 to finish my contract on Nov 2019 and i closed the contract and they put my num on prepaid 4 months back when I was checking my credit score mtn they even have a nerve to send me to legal for the contract that I finished paying I've been calling their consultant for the past 3months no help at all i don't understand whether mtn have a system where they keep records or they keep saying the calls are recorded mare hai i don't think so they can't even see a simple thing on their system im so tired of Mtn really imagine now they actually affecting my credit score for what I don't know
