72 Days later still No response from MTN
I called MTN 72 Days ago on the 18 May 2015 at 13h26 requesting a quotation for the cancellation of my current. I have since been waiting for a response . I have called their call centro several times and even sent emails. All that happens is that I am kept on hold or of I send an email I just receive and acknowledgment of the email and no response after that.

At the time I logged my issue I was told that I would get a response within a week. I did however inform the agent I was speaking to that I did not trust MTN to get back to me as I has witnessed with my previous interactions with the company.

So far I have had to cancel two other contracts with MTN because of the total lack of service, Even their retention's department could not be bothered when you cancel your contract. On cancelling my previous contracts because I could not get a response from the networks section after twice logging a request, the retention's agent told me that it was my responsibility to ensure that my request are attended to.

Why have a retention's department if they cannot be bothered. Absolutely poor service from MTN third time in a row!!!!!
