I was called (on 3/3/2025) by MTN a month before I'm due for an upgrade.

I was informed that I can upgrade now and there will be no extra payments.

Eventually, the ********* agent told me that I would have to pay in for my handset due to the early upgrade.

When I asked him the amount, he just hung up.

I called customer care today just to be informed that the upgrade was processed :(

Obviously I cancelled.

I've just decided, due to this, that I will NOT be renewing any contracts with MTN.
