7 Months of HELL

I have made countless phone calls and sent countless emails to MTN and Mondo with minimal response and no progress. Firstly, its now the 20th of June, I'm still waiting for the refund of R938.43 which was supposed to happen on the 3rd of June. (Mondo ref RCO207863) Secondly, there has been no feedback with regards to the refunds due by MTN??? Which is over a grand, just by the way. I was promised MTN credit numbers by the 20th of May - still waiting! Am I ever going to get my money back?? Please treat this as a COMPLAINT and escalate to anyone who actually has the authority to get this sorted out asap. I'm tired of waiting, fighting, asking nicely and doing constant follow ups with no success. I have had enough! What more am I supposed to do to get this resolved? Please can someone just get all of this sorted out once and for all? I am so tired of struggling with this for almost 7 months now! Please just refund my money due from Mondo, sort out the refunds due from MTN and then you will never hear from me again.
