7 months billing complaint

I was overcharged, was told refilled would occur in September 2015. Still nothing ... I get useless responses from hello Peter with no action. 2 months ago, my line was cut. I bought another SP simcard now as was corporate billing would assist and no response. I have said previously. .. don't respond unless you say u fixed my complaint but still I get it referred to the branch, to other departments and then nothing. The service is non existent. .. pathetic would be a compliment. From the call centre to customer care centre in Morningside in Sandton to the hello Peter team. So someone resolve my issue ... do t respond to this until you have done ... just to keep your hello Peter responses well which is misleading. ..resolve it!
