7 days trying to resolve a billing issue. Ignored.
I recently moved from CellC to MTN. For the first few months, my bill was +/- R 650 as expected. Then suddenly R 4500, then R2000 without changing my behaviour. MTN claims its data charges, but I cannot get access to how many megabytes, when, and at what rate. I'm trying to get hold of someone with authority to understand this bill, make an arrangement with it, and sort it out. Will someone from MTN, with authority, please call me so I can resolve this.

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused.
We've perused your account and see that you were sent a report reflecting your data sessions. Each entry reflects the session initiated, time & date, portal connected (MYMTN) and the volume used.
We do also see that a validation request has been logged for one of our Billing Department's administrators to confirm that there is no discrepancies or duplicates. The reference number for the request logged is REQ:***.
If there are any discrepancies found or duplicates the account will be credited accordingly.
