Afternoon, I email your customer care department on Friday 8th September 23. All i received was a reference email: Reference number: 35b92716-aae2-4a48-b7b2-8215e8a451c6. Why have you not rep**** to my email? Calling your 135 number is nothing short of a nightmare with agents dropping the calls on me and just transferring me to a black hole.
