6months now and my tablet is still being repaired

I took my samsung tablet to eastgate mtn the tablet was not even 7months old but already giving me problems,it would just switch off constantly when am using it.They took it in for repairs then after 6 weeks I went to collect it,was told it is not faulty. I later discovered the tablet is still faulty.Sent it back again, was then sent a message saying the battery is faulty & out of warranty I must pay R815 for repaires, I accepted ,after 4 Weeks I was sent a message saying I have rejected the qoute so the tablet won't be repaired & I need to pay R315 for the rejection fee,Immediately I called the repair center to rectify the error, was told it could have been a system error and I should also inform eastgate mtn so they can liaise with them, I went to eastgate mtn, spoke to the manager, she gave me the banking details, I payed the R815 immediately & she emailed them my proof of payment. I later got a message saying my device is being re assessed I must pay R535, I immediately called the repair center to ask what's the R535 for? Was told I should ignore the message as my tablet is ready for dispatch,6 months later no tablet am on contract paying R408 a month for a device I don't have
