The prepaid plan known as "Bonus Bonanza" , has problems in that , if you check the airtime balance before loading airtime , then load your paid airtime eg R35 , which I have just done . I had R9,42 .. I loaded R35 paid airtime. Then it gives you a bonus airtime of the same amount as purchased.. so , if you add the purchased airtime amount with the balance prior to recharging and the bonus airtime , I should have R 79,42.. but , many times this is not the case !!!!! The balance showing was R62,42.. I have reported this numerous times , but the explanation given makes no sense at all . AND to top it all, once the paid airtime is loaded , you receive an SMS stating that you have been allocated the "free" airtime , valid for 24 Hours ! It is not true ! That additional airtime is removed at midnight on the same day as it was allocated to you.. And it's only valid for mtn to mtn calls , internet connection and NOT to purchase data as stated on the ads and starter pack .

This is a ******* people ...gonna have to change plan , or network
