They are a **** and they don't communicate with the companies they hand you over to.when I called to arrange for a payment they said it was handed back to MTN without me being notified.I also spoke to the consultant Lisa Ndaba ,she gave me a wrong number apparently I'm not the only one who was given this number ,every one who has the same query Is given that wrong number because they told me they were investigating MTN for giving their clients that number as it is an advertising company.Am I the only one who is experiencing this or am I being ****ed
