I have struggled these past days with MTN. There was ***** done on my name which is now linked to my primary number. I reported the ***** to mtn who said it will take a few days to resolve. Now my line is off and everytime I phone they say it takes 24 hours, everyday! I will not pay the other contract as it is not mine. Mtn can't even tell me where this phone and contract was delivered after it was done in Novemver 2023. They can't supply me with the fica documents that they should have received when delivering the parcel. The legal department doesn't know what they are doing. I want to cancel my whole contract now and won't pay a cent further. This is ridiculous MTN.
