I am utterly disappointed with the constant lack of service from @MtnSouthAfrica We have had contracts with Mtn for several years and over the last year service has become nothing short of dismal. I ordered a fibre line on March 28th. My router only arrived on Friday the 25th of April. A technician then installed the fine line and we still dotn have internet because Mtn cannot do a simple thing like answer a helpdeks line since Tues. I have spent hundreds of rands holding on for hours to a line that goes nowhere ... I am most disappointed and will not advise Mtn services to anyone.
