6 months without my phone!
25 Feb 2015 claimed. <br> Multiple calls made to call center where the call just get dropped after long periods listening to advertising.<br> 28 April 2015 Escalated.<br> 13 May 2015 Escalated.<br> 29 June 2015 Claim approved<br> 11 August 2015 - STILL NO PHONE. I am still paying insurance for a phone i do not have! <br> 14 August 2015 i will take the matter to the police as theft.
