6 months on - still unresolved contract breach

I had a signed contract for MTN through Nashua Mobile. When this was passed to MTN in November 2014, I contacted MTN with copies of my signed contract, stating I receive the agreed 1 GB per month FREE until the end of the contract in May 2015. I provided proof that Nashua Mobile honoured this agreement as requested by MTN.<br> <br> It has now been 6 months with NO resolution! <br> I have been promised on numerous occassions that I will receive an email from the accounts department to confirm within 10 working days!<br> I have been promised this will be refunded on my May statement - nothing has happened! <br> <br> Now, no-one responds to my emails anymore and I have ALL my correspondence, with the facts - nothing rude - but no response whatsoever. <br> <br> I am exceptionally disappointed with MTN's COMPLETE LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE AND NON-RESOLUTION!<br> <br> I had a similar problem with Vodacom - it was resolved in less than 48 hours!!! <br> <br> I would welcome a response from MTN Managment as to how or what they plan to do to resolve this issue, how they plan to improve customer services and potentially retain a client??????
