6 months free Apple Music!!!!

So 28 November 2020 I go and do a contract for my wife as a surprise. Little did I know that on the contract that I took out for her you get 6 months free apple music subscription. A few days later when I see the #REMAKE2020 pamphlet for November 2020 with the following: "Get 6 months of free Apple Music on all MTN Sky and MTN Mega Plans. Available on Android and iOS." then we call the MTN call centre. We were told that we could go to any branch and I would be assisted. I have been to 3 branches and still have not received any assistance. Went to MTN Brooklyn twice and MTN Irene once. Nobody seems to know about this let alone that it was on the November 2020 pamphlet. Please help me with feedback MTN.
