6 Months for Insurance repairs and still not done!
<p>I submitted my tablet insurance claim for my tablet on 30 May 2016. By the end of June I started a new job and did still not get a response from mtn with a reference number. I then took my tablet to your Irene mall store for repairs. Took them 3 weeks to get me a reference number to send in my tablet. We are now in November and MTN doesn't know where my tablet is? Still not repaired! I have paid excess on insurance. More than a month ago I went back to the store and they said my tablet is on route from Midrand repair centre! This is ridiculous! I need to send my phone in as it fell, but I can not wait 6 months to get my phone back. Might as well buy a new one! Can't complain about the service if there isn't any!</p>

I won't even dare send in my phone after it fell. You take my money every month for my contract and insurance. And then I lose my data after 60 days? Will I be refunded on my contract, insurance and data lost in this 6 months! You make users pay for a service and product tbey dont have and cant even use! Your service disgusts me! The shop still hasn't returned my call after she said yesterday that she will call me back within 10 minutes! Over 24 hours later!
