6 month battle with MTN and Summer Sun Trading

MTN has been deducting R1419.00 from my account for 6 months for a contract renewal that was done telephonically by Summer Sun Trading but the phone was never delivered to my house as I was promised. I've exhausted all avenues that I can think of trying to get help from MTN but I'm still sitting with my old phone that switches off for 24-48 hours at a time, cuts off my calls and with no new phone for 6 months. This is disrupting my day to day life as I cannot communicate properly with my family and clients as I own a business. I cannot call or receive calls in an emergency. The MTN people have been nonchalant and unable to help me and the Summer Sun Trading people have been rude, careless and disrespectful. This whole situation is extremely unfair to me as I've been a loyal MTN customer for years.
