6 Day Simswap
It seems like it takes MTN at least 6 days to perform a simple simswap. The call was logged on Friday 14 August, with reference numbers *** & ***. Sims are still not even active on the network 6 days later. <br> <br> The call center operators are not helpful and no one on technical is willing to assist.
