5G Horror

I'm writing this email as a means to complain. I have had the MTN 5G router for 3 months now and have had in this problems with the rooter .I got the root of from an empty in store and have had constant issues with the rooter never connects to Wi-Fi .I've been unable to complain as there has been no mythod to complain I've taken through the Randburg branch and was not helped with the issue I'm having.
