5G Home internet connectivity issues

I have a 5G router with MTN on a momth to month contract. I hadn't paid for about 2 or so months but I then made payment of R1500 to cover any arrears and pay for April. My router says it is.connected to the 5G network, but any and all devices that connect to the router all say connected without internet. The call centre seems unable to assist. Please assist
