5G coverage that doesn't connect.

I bought the Shesh@ 600 home internet package. The worst decision I took. The consultant told me the was coverage for 5G in my area but guess what, there is no strong connection. It buffers consistently, we can't watch a show or have connectivity for a straight 30 minutes without the network disconnecting. We were connected a few days ago, it's not even been a week and I am already fed up with MTN. I feel like I was **** to, I was told there is coverage but not told that connectivity was very bad. I would never have went for this deal. It feel like a waste of money, buying something that doesn't work at all.
