55 min phone call

After cancell my contract with MTN on 23 Oct. 2025 via email and phone call. The incompetant people never logged the cancelation however they (MTN) disconeccted the signal as per comunication on 25 Dec. 2025. They have deducted the last payment on 31 Dec. 2025. Now every month they deduct money because nothing have been captured. Today 5 Feb 2026 I spend 55 min on a phone call and still no sucsess. I Johannes Jansen will never recoment MTN as a service provider
