I have recently upgraded my mtn contract, well not so recently anymore!!!! I upgraded my contract through Mtn corporate and received delivery on the 16th October 2015.

Through no fault of Mtn after 3 weeks of owning the phone it all of a sudden stopped charging, so on the 20th November I handed the phone in to the only Mtn repair centre in Durban situated in Riverhorse valley where they would try to repair the phone, failing which they would send me a \COL"number as reference that the phone can't be repaired and a new handset should be issued to me. So after receiving the COL number the next I called back the MTN business call centre and issued them the reference number given to me.

After a week of no feedback i called them back and they told me that they are still awaiting approval for my new handset to be approved. So after another week of waiting i still got no feedback I called back and asked to speak to the call centre agent's superior"
