50GB NOT SO free, NOT AT ALL

<p>MTN sold their contracts with 50GB data free and 10 000minutes free. It was great for the first few months, however for 2 months in a row, my data got depleted, with the data (50GB) being depleted in a whole 6 days. Phoning 808 was pretty pointless as I merely got told it was used on the internet and that is all they can tell me. I explained that I wanted a detailed breakdown of the data usage, however I was told to check my own devices on which I picked up only 2.6GB (23 May-20Jun) and 18.3GB (11 Nov2015-current) of data that was used on Wifi on 2 devices, which was not even only used on this contract. A few months ago I queried data on another contract and had no problem to get a breakdown, but now it seems to be a problem or more specificaly impossible according to the consultant. </p>
