I got an online deal of 7,5 gig I paid R129,the SIM card was delivered two days after ok fine,upon arrival the driver told me to wait for an otp I never received that otp so he went back with the SIM card,I tried to call mtn asking about the matter no one seems to know what I was talking about yesterday I called they gave me the sales number I couldn’t get through,this morning I called their customer service they told me to call sales department I told them the number is not going through they transferred me to activation department,activation told me that they work with SIM card that are not rica’d,they told me that they’ll transfer me to sales “again”.i never got help they just give me the run around,what irritates me is that the courier company that delivered my SIM card told me that they are waiting for MTN to give them a go ahead to re-deliver the SIM card but mtn cannot help me on that,I’ve sent them emails and order number I’m not getting any help😡😡😡
