5000 yellowbucks ****!

If there was a 0 star option for these ******** i would use it! When i go to yellowbucks it states that i have 5000 yellowbucks wich is the limit i could reach, but as soon as i tried to buy a data bundle it said i only have 37.. then the very short off and useless mzwamdile tells me the systen has not updated on my side as an excuse, idc what systems havnt updated you cant tell a customer he has 5000 yellowbucks he can use even though he cant use it! If this was a small amout i would let it go but 5000 yellowbucks is a big deal! I didnt reciece my yellowbucks or any compensation instead i got horrible service from a worker who doesnt know how to handle customer complaints! I will be taking this further!
