500 Sms never received. Cant give explanation

Monday 2/2/2015 I phoned 808 to have 500 sms's added on my phone as usual.<br> They always tell met it can take up to 24 hours to have the sms loaded, but it was always immediately available<br> BUT Monday 12o clock I got a sms stating that my sms's has been loaded. I checked but only 145 was available.<br> I had about 50 before I phoned and was sending some sms,s but definetely not 400 +<br> Consultant told me I must phone the next day. So everyday the same story. Thursday was the first time I got a ref nr 173220 and was told that she wil email me which never happened. also remember that everytime I phoned I had to hold on for up tot 50minutes to no avail.<br> Tuesday the consultant told me that sHe could see on the system that I had only send 126 sms's for Monday till about 4 but no other day could anyone told me how many were send. Today I got a responce from the last lady that send me her email to remind her. But also no answer were given. I send sms's for The Court on Warrants of arrests for traffic fines. In the meantime I had to buy sms's with my points which I loose on,<br> as I only needed 75 points to get 500 sms's i had to pay 1000 points for 200 sms twice.Today I GOT 500 SMS<br> ON MY<br> CONTRACTDATE
