5 weeks for delivery of handset? Aikona
Waiting 5 weeks for MTN to deliver a cellphone after contract renewal. This service is substandard. Sales department shift the blame to the contracting courier company, RTT, but that is it. No remedial action is taken and escalations are not attended to. Sorry MTN, our contract as consumers are NOT with your appointed courier company! Unfortunately this shows only one thing: Clearly MTN is not interest in retaining clients. Neither is not good news for any prospective clients. Sorry MTN...we will have to look at migration of our contract. Good bye Yebo GOGO!
