5 weeks for a sim swap

I have been trying to do a SIM SWAP for 5 weeks now. <br> <br> I have gotten the affidavit, answered all the security questions approximately 4 times and still nothing has happened. <br> <br> I am a pre-paid customer. <br> <br> I honestly have no idea why this process which is meant to take max 24 hours has still not been done. <br> <br> I have gone into numerous branches and spoken to countless agents but no one has been able to resolve this. <br> <br> <br>
