Handed my phone in for repair, to date have been waiting for 5 weeks for a replacement promised weeks ago. <br> Numerous phone calls and e-mails are ignored. When I do eventually speak to a human, the only response is that they are out of stock and will \escalate\". They've escalated so often, I suspect that by now God Himself is dealing with my complaint. Cell C, hear I come!!"
