5 stars for being the most unhelpful, rude and disappointing network ever!

I ABSOLUTELY RATE YOU GUYS 5 stars when it comes to disappointing your clients, being unhelpful and most useless network. I am absolutely DONE with MTN South Africa. From rude consultants to *********** staff. WOW. MTN has debit ordered me for a contract that I had canceled two months ago, this wasn't logged on MTN's side because they never do the right thing, then keep on invoicing me, and taking my money, when I reverse the payment you guys cancel my line, after I've spoken to your consultants, opened a case with Sbonelo Gumede *** who NEVER got back to me after my call with him but nothing came of it. When to the store to inquire then MTN asked me for my contact with them (shouldn't this be on your records?). So I felt absolutely compelled to post this here, not because I need assistance anymore but to worn other NOT TO DO IT... DON'T SIGN OR TAKE A CONTRACT OUT WITH MTN!!! THEY'LL ONLY DO YOU WRONG AND WANT YOU TO DO THEIR JOB FOR THEM! A way I'm with a different network now and absolutely loving it, every network has their issues I know. But MTN just has too many for such a huge service provider and the consultants are all rude! WOW. Please everyone do yourself a favor and move over to a different network. Your welcome!
