5 HOURS at MTN with still NO RESOLVE!

I am so, so, SO disappointed in MTN! I sat in the store for 5 HOURS today - WITH NO RESOLVE! I walked in at 12pm, and walked out 5pm with my problem still not sorted out.

I tried to apply for the month-to-month Black Friday deal (50GB for R199), and the system kept failing - for FIVE HOURS with no resolve!!!

I don't understand how a business can function like this.
