5 Days Waiting—MTN East Rand Mall Still No Help

Absolutely, the worst MTN store in the country is East Rand Mall. Do not go to this MTN. I have waited for 5 days to do an account transfer and upgrade, and the days are still going by. I am constantly told sorry and reassured with little or no feedback and no progress.

The only thing that is done is that tickets are made and escalated with 0 feedback from the support. They sit around and do nothing, and get paid to do nothing. How is it possible that they can't be assisted in this process for 5 days!

I want this done, and I will never go back here again.
