5 days and counting!
I recently upgraded my cell phone... the call centre agent did not get the brief right and sent me the wrong phone. I returned the phones immediately but ad already been loaded with the new package. Upon return of the phones, the new package was not reversed and instead my balances reflected as R0.00 and so I could not see balances. Went to the branch but no one was there due to the strike - I returned the following week to get it sorted and was told of the big mess that had happened a lovely guy called Vincent helped me out to reverse everything....

Fast forward to this past weekend we I went in for a proper upgrade which went well however due to the nature of my new phone I needed to get a sim swap which I was told would take 2 - 24 hours, 120 hours later my phone is still not working - I cannot make calls, send sms or WhatsApps and when I try and purchase minutes or data via cellphone banking nothing happens - my balances still reflect as R0.00 and no one can help me... the call centre sends me from pillar to post and then I'm told to wait another 48 hours. I am now in East London for a work engagement and cannot communicate to anyone. Seriously!
