4weeks just for a sim swop

For the past 4weeks I've struggled to do a simple sim swop on my business number . Not only was i chanted around from 1 agent to another when i called into the call centre i was than advised that i failed the verification questions which i accepted . They subsequently requested for my I'd copy and an an affidavit which i happily submitted and almost a month later no results no feed back .

I urgently need this number re instated I've been more than patient with MTN . All my business associates and clients are unable to get hold of me as a result of MTN stuff up . I have the sim card in my possession one day it just decided to stop working . I need this sorted out as in yesterday I'm loosing an enormous amount of business . Can i be emailed as soon as possible ***
