4th Hellopeter complaint for same reason

4th Hello Peter complaint for the same reason! An MTN manager (Nwabisa) called me to follow up from her cell phone on Thursday. Promised me that she was going to call me back in 10 to 15 minutes and this service was very poor unacceptable, she was going to get this sorted on another system. No wonder the staff are so ****, if the management are like this (the apple rots from the core) I have still not been called back. please just cancel my upgrade come and collect your phones this is the 3rd time I have requested this, you are all too challenge to resolve this clearly. I will continue on my previous contract until it is done and then want nothing to do with this pathetic bunch of steaming turds again. P.S you also managed to mess up my billing as per my debit order that went off this morning.
