4th attempt with a promise to be contacted

<p>3rd times the charm</p> <p>still nothing been done after reply</p> <p>i complained on hello peter and there was a response saying that they will be looking into the matter. a couple of weeks have passed and since the response on hello peter no one has contacted me or done anything to resolve the matter. i am however in contact with Shapiro Shaik Defries and Associates who are trying to put a garnish order with my employer to pay for a account which was cancelled when the 24 month contract was up. should this happen i will pull off all my records from my server with my outsourced IT department and take legal action against MTN for all this drama which has constantly been created by their mistakes.</p> <p> </p> <p>bellow is the generic message i got on hello peter after the last complaint which shows they do not really care about the problems they cause</p> <p> </p> <p>Dear Gordon, </p> <p>Thank you for your post.</p> <p>We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you have experienced as a result of this.
