Dear Mtn why don't you level up like other insurances. why are you still stick in the past how many years does it have to take for a cellphone to be collected for repairs (insurance).Courier IT is busy ****ing up your reputation ,they don"t deliver as promised .I don't only pay for insurance but also pay for service ,Respect and efficiency. I''m no longer your client after this ordeal I"m Done!!! now the big question is how long will my phone be in for inspection and repairs.when will i get it back
