"48hr response time" on insurance claims which in fact means 3+ weeks of waiting

<p>Three or so weeks ago we submitted an insurance claim to MTN and they said that it takes 48hrs to get a response. We have been waiting impatiently for three weeks to get a response. After several emails and tweets to MTN, no one has solved our problem. </p> <p> </p> <p>We received an email saying that there's a missing page on the claim; my question was HOW DO YOU RECEIVED AN INCOMPLETE CLAIM FORM AND KEEP QUIET? </p> <p> </p> <p>The branch in question said that the insurance claims generally take long and that we should be patient, I guess they were just too lazy to call and check what the issue was.</p>
