Fast Forward to December 19 2017 AFTER THE SIM WAS ACTIVATED ON 8 DECEMBER 2017 i get a call FROM EILEEN VAN WYK that i HAVE BEEN dialling some USSD code between 22 November 2017 and 2 December 2017 , HOW CAN I INCUR 45000 WORTH OF CHARGES WHILE THE SIMCARD IS NOT ACTIVE . i HAVE ATTACHED PROOF FROM MTN SAYING THE SIMSWAP FAILED DATED 4TH DECEMBER TO FURTHER PROOF THAT , NOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT I CAN INCUR CHARGES WHILE THE SIM CARD IS NOT ACTIVE
YOUR CALL CENTRE IS NOT HELPFUL EITHER THEY PROMISE TO CALL BACK BUT NEVER DO

23 Jan 2018, 16:03The documents were sent last year already and also this morning , does it take one month to reply to a query and when you reply you say i must provide documents which i provided last year
I spoke to Eileen Van Wyk and she said she went to ***** Department to investigate further and now a month later still no resolution , WHY IS MTN BEING RUN LIKE SMALL COMPANY
