MTN suspend my number and i was told to pay R1390.43 on 29/09/2025 but line is not even open until now in taken from pillar to post and they cancel my debit without my knowledge which they were debit for more that 15 years. I provide the proof of payment affidavit was sent & some consultant are very rude. I'm stuck and I'm with this number for more than 20 year. What i need i want to know who cancel my debit mandate as i di not authorize and why.
